Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with at least 3 years specializing in React Native.
- Hands-on experience with the Expo framework and its ecosystem.
- Proven ability to work independently and take full ownership of complex tasks, from concept to delivery.
- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and deployment processes for both iOS and Android.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of handling complex technical challenges autonomously.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, state management solutions, and REST APIs.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proactive and highly self-driven attitude.
Nice to have
- Experience with React (web) development.
- Familiarity with the casino domain or casino-related products
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.

Position
We are looking for an experienced Senior React Native Developer to join our team and play a key role in building high-quality mobile applications, including online casino and sportsbook solutions. This position requires a highly self-sufficient professional who thrives on autonomy, takes full ownership of their work, and contributes effectively to projects for our international clients (mainly the USA and Japan).
At Codemodity you will work in a balanced team of both young talents and seasoned professionals, combining fresh perspectives with solid industry experience. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive, while our international client base ensures diverse and challenging projects with real global impact.
This position can be offered either under an employment contract or a contractor agreement. Compensation is provided in HUF or EUR, depending on the candidate’s preference and agreement.

- Take full ownership of mobile application development, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, performant, and maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and backend/frontend developers.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure the technical excellence of the codebase.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers when necessary.
