Responsibilities
- You will oversee and manage the company’s entire indirect procurement processes – from IT services and fleet management to marketing, HR solutions, facility, and logistics areas.
- Your tasks will go beyond running tenders and contract management – you’ll lead projects from needs assessment through to contract signing, ensuring the company always works with partners under the best possible conditions.
- You will continuously analyze market trends, monitor price movements, prepare TCO calculations, and support management with reports and decision-making materials.
- The team will rely on you to identify and onboard new suppliers and innovative solutions that contribute to the organization’s long-term development.
- Your responsibilities will also include coordinating fleet management and maintaining close collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers, both domestically and internationally.
- In this role, you won’t just follow existing systems – with a focus on digitalization and procurement process development, you’ll also lead new strategic projects.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just execute procurement tasks, but takes ownership of entire processes and always looks for better solutions. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A university degree in economics or business, providing a strong foundation for professional decisions.
- 3–5 years of experience in managing indirect procurement projects, where you were responsible for the entire process.
- Confident English language skills (both written and spoken), as you’ll work closely with international partners and colleagues.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, since you’ll be dealing with diverse interests and situations.
- An independent, structured working style, combined with a collaborative and proactive mindset, as you’ll work closely with multiple departments.
