Our Partnercompany is an international shared services organization providing business support across multiple regions. We are looking for a motivated Procurement Operations Analyst to join their Székesfehérvár team and manage supplier communication, order processing, and procurement coordination in French and English.

Tasks:
- Keep contact with contracted suppliers in French, manage requests for quotations, and respond to inquiries.
- Place purchase orders in Oracle EBS based on approved requests.
- Follow up on deliveries and ensure smooth execution.
- Communicate with suppliers via email and phone.
- Support the local procurement team with high-volume requests.
- Maintain close relationships with internal customers and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Fluent, advanced language skills in French, intermediate English.
- Hungarian language skills are mandatory.
- Availability ONLY for afternoon shift (13:30–22:00).
- Experience in stakeholder management (internal/external).
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS or a similar procurement system.
- Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, reliability.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
