– 2-3 years of experience in GRC, information security governance, or audit/compliance roles
– Background in Information Security, Risk Management, or related fields
– Hands-on experience with at least one GRC tool (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow GRC)
– Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant compliance obligations
– Familiarity with security audits and control design
– Documentation and reporting tools
– Basic knowledge about compliance standards and directives, eg. ISO 27001, NIST, NIS2, PCI-DSS, DORA
– Certifications are an advantage (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CISA, CRISC, CISSP)
– Strong interpersonal and documentation skills

1. Security Governance: Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and strategies. Act as a subject-matter expert on regulatory frameworks like ISO, NIST, and GDPR.
2. Risk and Compliance Management: Lead risk assessments, manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans, and conduct compliance audits. Identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
3. CISOaaS Support: Develop client security strategies, coordinate with stakeholders, and lead security awareness and training. Respond to incidents and implement proactive security improvements.
