We are a young, flat-structured company in the field of IT services with a focus on software testing and software development. To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Developer – either as a freelancer or in a permanent position.
Your Profile:
- Completed technical education (HTL, FH, University) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of practical experience in IT or software development
- Excellent knowledge of modern development processes as well as relevant technologies and tools
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, and other common development tools
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
- Experience in the analysis, development, integration, and quality assurance of software solutions
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
- High degree of independence, responsibility, and hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and the ability to work effectively in dynamic project environments
- Very good English skills; German skills are a plus
Ideally, you hold relevant certifications, such as CSA, CTA, CAD, or CIS.
