Responsibilities
• Advise and support management and HR on strategic and corporate projects.
• Coordinate and support global and local recruiting initiatives.
• Deliver training and development plans; support proactive recruiting and onboarding.
• Advance in HR digitalization.
• Ensure internationally harmonized processes, policies and communication.
• Advise and support local HR network in operational tasks.
• Team up with our global HR network and benefit from shared expertise.
Requirements
- You have a degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience, ideally in an internationally operating mechanical engineering company.
- Strong hands-on mentality is a must.
- You have an extroverted and independent personality – comfortable taking initiative and responsibility: You lead projects and take on responsibility.
- International experience and mindset, general cultural awareness and cultural knowledge is beneficial.
- Travel 10-20% across Europe
- Professional in written and spoken English and Hungarian is a must, additional knowledge of German would be an advantage.
- Your primary location will be in Zalaegerszeg.

You will partner with senior leaders and local HR teams to ensure group wide standards and processes, while initiating and driving projects in retention, recruiting, employer branding, leadership development, succession planning, digitalization, and talent management.
