Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Monitor and supervise civil and architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved designs and technical specifications.
- Technical Review: Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals related to Civil/Architecture.
- Local Compliance: Ensure all works follow Hungarian building codes (OTÉK), Eurocodes, and local health & safety (EHS) regulations.
- Coordination: Act as a primary liaison between the PMC team, local subcontractors, and Hungarian authorities.
- Progress Tracking: Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and participate in technical meetings to resolve site issues.
- Quality & Quantity Survey: Assist in quality inspections and verification of work volumes for payment certifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management or site supervision or related field.
- Native Hungarian and Professional English
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)

What we offer
- 1 200 000 FT Gross salary
- Fixed-term contract – duration: ’26.04 ~ ’27.05, it can be extended according to Project status
- Reimbursement of commuting costs
