Location: Budapest (Remote)
CWS Hygiene is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead Central&Eastern Europe to lead and coordinate digital marketing activities across the Central & Eastern Europe region.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing regional digital marketing initiatives, ensuring strong performance, effective localization, and brand consistency in close cooperation with local teams, agencies, and international stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing activities (social media, paid ads, SEO, website, CRM) across 7 CEE countries.
- Schedule and publish localized international and original regional content on Social Media platforms.
- Localize international content and produce original regional content (text, visuals, video).
- Support country teams with social media interactions, digital materials, and event promotion.
- Coordinate with international marketing team to align regional activities with global strategy.
- Manage and optimize CRM activities (email campaigns, lead nurturing, segmentation) in line with global strategy.
Elvárások
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in digital marketing in an international or regional role
- Strong knowledge of social media, paid media, SEO, CRM, and analytics
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Polish, Czech, Slovak, Croatian, Slovenian or Romanian is an advantage
