You are an experienced execution-first leader who brings clarity and calm to complex environments.

We are looking for a senior execution leader to own how strategy turns into results. As Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be accountable for predictable delivery, operational discipline, and execution quality across a growing aviation training technology company.
Your responsibility is to ensure that commitments made by the business are delivered predictably, credibly, and sustainably, while enabling the organisation to scale without losing focus or quality.
You will work closely with Product, Technology, and Business Development to turn ambition into reliable outcomes.
Reports to: CEO
Direct reports: BU Lead – Aviation Training; BU Lead – Services / Engineering
Peer roles: CTO, Head of Business Development
The COO is a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
What success looks like (12–18 months)
Commitments are delivered predictably, forecasts are trusted, margin erosion from execution
issues is reduced, escalations to the CEO decrease, business units operate with clear
accountability, and the organisation feels more focused, stable, and professional.
Compensation
Competitive base salary for a senior scale-up COO role, a meaningful performance bonus
tied to execution and delivery outcomes, and long-term upside aligned with company growth.
Hybrid setup within the on-site presence requirement. The exact package will reflect seniority,
experience, and impact.
