What should you bring to KYP.ai?
- Previous experience as a functional Business Analyst in software development, preferably in web applications, SaaS and/or data platforms;
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical ones;
- Proven track record of innovation and introducing new ideas;
- Strong analytical, planning and communication skills;
- Can-do approach, backed up with persistence, strong problem-solving skills and a positive mindset;
- Native/proficient Polish level and at least upper-intermediate business level of English.

- Translate business needs into implementable features while carefully evaluating risks and opportunities;
- Conduct thorough competitive analysis and proactively identify opportunities for new functionalities, ensuring our product stands out in the productivity mining area;
- Create Epics, User Stories, and Use Cases based on selected document structure (including Acceptance Criteria);
- Work closely with the Head of Product, CTO, other BAs, and UX/UI Designer;
- Be a partner for Customer Success and Development teams;
- Contribute to the backlog planning and prioritization of tasks.
