Napi feladatok

1. Ensure excellent customer service across all internal processes to maintain high customer satisfaction.
2. Act as a key liaison between customers and internal departments (Sales, Production, Logistics).
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling daily business-related inquiries.
4. Respond to product- and order-related questions, providing information on products, lead times, and basic technical details.
5. Perform administrative tasks, including order entry in Oracle and supporting weekly reporting and analysis.
6. Participate in relevant trade shows and industry events.
