INTRO
Senior / Staff Full-Stack Engineer
Node.js + AWS
We’re not looking for someone to just fill a seat. We’re looking for an engineer who sees a distributed system and immediately starts asking the right questions about state, consistency, idempotency, and failure modes.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build real systems end-to-end — from product surface to infrastructure, from workflow logic to settlement, auditability, and resilience.
You’ll work directly with the founding team on protocol-grade infrastructure for economic coordination between companies, agents, and payment flows. This is not a CRUD-heavy role. It’s a chance to build systems where correctness, traceability, and execution guarantees matter.

- Design and ship end-to-end full-stack features across payments, document workflows, and agent orchestration
- Build stateful systems where correctness, auditability, idempotency, and safe retries are first-class concerns
- Own backend services in Node.js and frontend experiences in React/TypeScript
- Design and evolve AWS-based serverless architecture, including reliability, observability, security, and cost decisions
- Define and maintain infrastructure as code using AWS SAM / CloudFormation
- Build and operate PostgreSQL-backed services and event-driven workflows
- Work closely with founders on product and technical decisions
- Use modern AI tooling (LLMs and coding agents) to accelerate development and experimentation
- Take ownership in production: monitoring, debugging, and improving reliability over time
