A Project Coordinator at ZaWin plays a crucial role in enabling our technical field engineers to deliver seamless IT installations for dental clinics.
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Planning, scheduling, and managing multiple priorities effortlessly. You’re a master of detail and follow-through.
- Strong Communication: You build rapport easily and can communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders, from busy dentists to our field engineers and external partners.
- Fluent in French and German: This is essential for communicating with our french speaking clientele and partners.
- Basic Tech Affinity: You’re comfortable using digital tools and have a general interest in how technology works, even if you’re not an IT expert.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: You’re proactive, anticipate challenges, and can react quickly and calmly to changing situations.
- Experience: Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or project support, ideally in an environment involving logistics or field teams, is a plus.
