• 4–10 years of experience designing AI-powered or LLM-based systems
• Strong hands-on knowledge of GenAI architectures including RAG and vector databases
• Experience designing agentic workflows and orchestration patterns
• Strong Python background and familiarity with modern AI stacks
• Experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph
• Ability to design modular, scalable architectures rather than monolithic systems
• Experience integrating data pipelines, APIs, AI services, and user interfaces
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple technical teams

We’re looking for a GenAI Solution Architect to join a large-scale international digital programme focused on designing and scaling LLM-driven solutions across multiple teams and business domains

This is a high-impact role influencing both architectural direction and delivery speed, with a strong focus on scalability, reuse, and enterprise-grade GenAI capabilities

2. Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solution designs
3. Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to guide implementation and reduce delivery risks
4. Create reusable architectural patterns including agents, pipelines, and orchestration layers
5. Support feasibility assessments, PoCs, and MVP planning across initiatives
6. Contribute to architectural governance and evolving platform standards
7. Guide teams on best practices for building GenAI systems
