- Senior engineering leadership experience in fintech, financial services, trading, gaming, gambling or complex fast-paced environments.
- Experience managing large engineering organizations (100+ people).
- Strong background in Agile delivery and modern engineering practices.
- Experience leading international teams across multiple time zones.
- Hands-on technical understanding of modern architectures and cloud environments.
- Familiarity with technologies such as: React / Next.js, Kafka, Microservices, AWS, Containerized platforms, Relational databases.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
