A mi követelményeink
- 8+ years of experience in QA and test automation development, with a significant focus on system-level backend environments involving hardware and complex data management.
- At least 5 years of experience in test automation, developing frameworks and solutions for backend systems, particularly those that manage hardware configurations and operational processes.
- At least 2 years of experience in a management or leadership role within system-level or hardware-centric testing domains.
- Proven ability to design test strategies and automation frameworks for edge device and backend infrastructure
- Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for backend automation development.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible) in backend infrastructure environments.
- Strong system-level debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex hardware-software systems.
- Knowledge of translating business requirements into detailed testing criteria – Proven ability to define and document test case requirements from scratch – Hands-on experience creating test cases for customer-facing, hardware-integrated, or backend systems
Advantage:
- Experience with DSP, optical systems, or edge computing.
- Familiarity with system monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Hands-On QA and Automation Manager with deep expertise in testing system-level backend solutions that involve hardware management, operational automation, and complex data pipelines. This role focuses on the backend software controlling hardware configurations and systems, with no focus on UI or web-based applications.

- Define and implement test strategies specifically tailored to system-level backend environments, ensuring thorough testing of operational automation (e.g., updates, downgrades, backups) and hardware management software.
- Lead the development of automated test frameworks for backend systems managing hardware, DSP, and AI units, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- Manage a small QA team while providing hands-on contributions in backend testing and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage of complex hardware-software interactions, focusing on backend processes and operational configurations.
- Conduct detailed testing of configuration management, system integration, and monitoring tools across platforms like DSP and AI servers.
- Drive operational automation testing, ensuring system updates, backups, and disaster recovery processes are reliably tested.
