Ideally, You Will Also Have:
- 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously from conception to completion.
- Experience in an agency or start-up/scale-up setting.
- Experience managing projects in a remote setting.
- Experience in leading 10+ clients
- Experience in the Web3 space will be a plus.
- Swift and effective responsiveness to clients’ needs and issues.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities, adept at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
- Lead project management from initiation through closure by defining project scope, documenting project briefs, developing detailed project plans, hosting kickoff calls, facilitating team stand-ups, and mitigating scope creep.
- Proactively manage project timelines and compile data-driven project status reports to provide transparency of project progress towards goals.

Napi feladatok
- Provide end-to-end project management for multiple and diverse clients.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to navigate, sync, and implement projects and clients’ requirements.
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are up to date with delegated tasks.
- Manage communications for assigned projects, including status reports and one-on-one meetings.
- Manage communications with the client and the internal team. Take ownership of delivery of all tasks and resources and of the set quality standards.
- Develop and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Execute all projects on time, on budget, and to client expectations.
- Track progress and milestones.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Proficient in using project management software (e.g Clickup, Asana, Notion) to organize tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns to goals on a regular basis.
- Capacity to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and marketing trends in the Web3 space in coordination with the client and the team.
- Engage and manage relationships with stakeholders, including negotiating and managing contracts and partnerships.
- Align with the company’s values and ethics, contributing to a positive and dynamic team culture.
- Responsible for the adherence and follow-through of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the company to maintain high-quality standards and efficient processes.
