aqua cloud is looking for an energetic Sales Executive Specialist fluent in German and English to bolster and enhance our expansion in the DACH/EU market.

We are the first to empower test management with innovative AI and are expanding our market outreach.

Your role entails working with qualified leads (midsize to enterprise European businesses), provided by our lead generation/qualification team, and seeing them through to closure. aqua’s sales team doesn’t just ‘sell.’ We provide our customers with tailored solutions that usually end up in a sale.

Your responsibilities will be supported by a well-documented process, sales scripts, product training, automated tools, and managerial support. This position is an integral part of our cohesive sales team, which includes qualifying Sales Representatives, closing Sales Executives, and supporting Customer Success specialists.

While this position is entirely remote, occasional business travel may be necessary to meet key prospects or participate in events and exhibitions (1-2 exhibitions annually).

We expect of you:
– Proficiency in German and English at the C1-C2 level, enabling you to effectively engage with German and English-speaking customers through both written communication and live dialogue.
– A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in remote B2B sales / deals closing, with demonstrated success in previous roles.
– A strong understanding of sales theory, familiarity with the sales process stages, and the ability to handle objections while maintaining a focus on results.
– Previous experience in IT sales, particularly in SaaS or educational products targeting similar market segments, and familiarity with software development and QA process.
– The ability to address both technical and business challenges with effective solutions.
– Willingness to deepen your knowledge and expertise in the software development lifecycle.
– Determination and a strong drive to achieve your personal success through your own performance.

  1. Conducting a structured sales process with prospects and successfully closing deals.
