Responsibilities
Are you passionate about solving complex problems and providing exceptional customer support? Join our team as an Application Specialist, where you will play a critical role in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and testing solutions within the Kinetic/ERP product suite, specifically in the financial domain.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage with customers via email or chat to diagnose application issues, troubleshoot problems, and test solutions with precision. Document resolutions and escalate cases as needed.
- Resolve challenging software or system failures using a customer-centric approach and your in-depth functional product knowledge.
- Apply your understanding of financial and accounting principles to address ERP-related challenges in the financial domain.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with the development team to resolve system malfunctions and ensure continuous product improvement.
- Keep up with ERP software updates and changes, ensuring you deliver accurate and timely solutions to customers.
- Work closely with Product Management, Professional Services, and Sales teams to address client concerns and improve product experiences.
- Contribute to and utilize the team’s knowledge base articles and FAQs to foster continuous learning and better service delivery.

What you will likely bring:
- Background in financial or accounting concepts, combined with technical aptitude.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in ERP systems or similar software is a plus.
- A passion for delivering customer success and fostering positive client relationships.
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL.
- Knowledge of financial, manufacturing, retail or distribution business processes.
