Feladatok
- Handling invoice-related tasks
- Preparing various daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and uploading the received data into the company’s internal systems
- Performing general administrative tasks
- Carrying out additional ad hoc tasks (e.g. quotation requests, ordering supplies, etc.)
- Providing support to the warehouse in simpler operational matters
- Solving problems as they arise
- Cooperating with other departments and Partners
- Daily monitoring of the warehouse performance and operations fulfillment;
- Daily communication with our branch in Poland and the customer service there
- Daily operational communication with our partners/clients
Elvárások
- Minimum 3-6 months of experience in a warehouse management or similar role.
- Knowledge of WMS systems – would be a PLUS;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Intermediate English skills (written and spoken) are required for daily communication
- A team player who can also work independently
- Please note: remote work is not available for this position
