We are looking for a, Early-Careers recruiterwho will help us support our brand new client for their recruitment operations.
You will actively promote our Client’s values in the market, be an ambassador for its culture and bring also the Client experience to life for its stakeholders. You will consult external and internal talents and be a guide and advisor to the Client’s Hiring community.
Role is in hybrid mode – minimum 1 day per week in Budapest office if you are located in Budapest or maximum 2 hours away from Budapest or 1 day per 2 weeks if you are living more than 2 hours away from Budapest.
What you will do:
- Key partner for the stakeholder management and engagement
- Managing the end to end recruitment process
- Effectively managing requisitions while managing stakeholder expectations
- Closely cooperating with our sourcing team to fill in roles
- Conducting in-depth interviews
- Ensuring compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment process
- Effectively managing and utilizing applicant tracking systems
- Improving recruitment and selection processes and help the continuous innovation to attract the best talent
What we would like you to have:
- Speaking English and German fluently
- Experience in early-careers recruitment, especially supporting the German speaking markets
- Experience in supporting manufacturing, technical, and IT related roles (white and blue collar) is a plus
- Strong previous experience in recruitment from RPO (preferred)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Process-oriented mind-set
- Attention to detail with a concern for quality
- Autonomous, proactive, dynamic, and curious attitude
- Willingness to learn new things
- Can-do attitude
