A mi követelményeink
- Proven experience with a track record as a People Partner (3-4 years).
- Experience mentoring or coaching HR professionals, or leading People projects is a big plus.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, including automation, data management, and communication processes.
- Experience in employee engagement and satisfaction research with the ability to independently design and launch surveys.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in presenting insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Proficiency in English (B2-C1 level).

Napi feladatok
- Lead and implement employee experience initiatives to foster engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Conducting 1-1s, performance review support, dismissal support, and planning events.
- Coach and mentor People Partners, enabling them to drive effective people strategies within their teams.
- Collaborate with leadership to validate and launch HR initiatives.
- Work closely with managers across the organization to develop and support their growth.
- Develop strategies for identifying and managing top and low performers, including creating action plans.
- Design and conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze the results to identify trends and provide data-driven insights.
- Prepare reports and collaborate with managers to discuss findings and develop action plans.
- Manage HR operations, including process automation, employee data storage, and communication strategies.
