Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Identifying development needs that support corporate objectives
- Planning and presenting strategies, implementing approved policies
- Leading and motivating the assigned team(s)
- Maintaining continuous communication and cooperation with clients while keeping business interests in mind
- Coordinating the implementation of internal and external stakeholder requirements
- Ensuring employee engagement and improving the performance evaluation system
- Continuously reviewing business operations and introducing corrective and preventive measures
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in both Czech and Hungarian (business professional level)
- Experience in organizational development and/or project management
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- A proactive and dynamic approach
- Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and analytical skills
- A creative mindset with a hands-on attitude
- Willingness to work in a youthful and energetic team
