Task:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing their needs efficiently and professionally. You will be the first point of contact between the company and our customers, serving as a brand ambassador.
MAIN TASKS
- Ensure the registration and follow-up of customer orders (direct, EDI, and WebEDI).
- Handle specific customer requests.
- Respond to B2B customer inquiries regarding all LAURASTAR products and services.
- Provide advice on various products and services.
- Actively and systematically promote our offers (products and services).
- Record and manage orders.
- Record and handle service requests (DOA).
- Advise customers in case of problems.
- Assist with various departmental tasks.
- Ensure professional, efficient, and high-quality service.
Expectation:
TECHNICAL SKILLS / TRAINING
- Ability to manage interactions with various types of customers.
- Proficiency in standard IT tools and adaptability to new communication technologies; Oracle and Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- Strong German and English knowledge

- Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills (oral and written).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Several years of experience in customer service or sales desired.
- Experience using a CRM and ERP system.
