We believe that you’ll enjoy this role if you are / have:
- The experience and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and build strong relationships at all levels.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Previous experience working in a startup or similar fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Previous experience working remotely.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Practical experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks (3+ years). Certifications are not required but will be considered a plus.
- Fluency in using Jira for managing projects.
- An educational and professional background in computer science, engineering, and data science is preferred.

We are looking for an Agile Project Manager to lead our internal Scrum teams and spearhead AI transformation projects for our clients. The job is a perfect chance to join a team of AI revolutionaries and work with cutting-edge technology and key market players to shape the future of AI adoption.

The role is remote. If you are in Hungary, Serbia, or Warsaw, Poland, we would like you to join the team for office days at least twice a month.

Napi feladatok
- Collaborate with both external clients and internal teams.
- Define project goals and objectives with input from all relevant stakeholders, ensuring they are technically feasible.
- Lead team meetings such as daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Guide teams in adopting Agile practices.
- Oversee the end-to-end technology delivery of data analytics projects.
- Implement and promote best practices to ensure consistent delivery, transparency, and quality.
- Adapt to project requirements and effectively manage changes.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
