Feladatok
As an Application Engineer for the EMEA region, you will be a key technical contact for AMT customers and partners. Your role focuses on supporting the installation, commissioning and operation of AMT post-processing systems, providing hands-on technical support and training, and ensuring successful customer adoption of our technology. You will work closely with customers across Europe, supporting troubleshooting activities both remotely and on-site, while also contributing to documentation, internal knowledge sharing and pre-sales technical support. The position involves regular travel and close collaboration with sales, engineering and service teams.
Elvárások
BSc or MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Additive Manufacturing or a related technical field
1–3 years of experience in a technical, applications, service or customer-facing engineering role, ideally involving industrial equipment or machinery
Basic understanding of additive manufacturing technologies and workflows (e.g. SLS, MJF, FDM) and post-processing concepts
Hands-on mindset with the ability to install, commission, operate and troubleshoot complex mechanical or chemical systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose issues both remotely and on-site
Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to customers
Customer-oriented attitude and professional handling of challenging situations
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and take ownership of tasks
Willingness to travel regularly within Europe
Fluent English is required, both spoken and written

Previous experience with industrial post-processing equipment or automated manufacturing systems
Practical experience with polymer 3D printing technologies (SLS, MJF, FDM) and related materials
Familiarity with CAD software and basic part evaluation for manufacturability and post-processing
Experience with customer training, on-site installations or technical demonstrations
Knowledge of measurement and testing methods (e.g. surface roughness, mechanical testing)
Experience supporting sales activities such as technical demos, sample production or customer workshops
CRM system experience (e.g. HubSpot) or structured reporting of customer interactions
Additional European language skills (German, French, Italian or similar)
