Responsibilities
- Support customers technically and commercially, identifying growth opportunities.
- Scout the market and develop new client relationships.
- Negotiate offers including scope, pricing, and delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Operations, etc.).
- Champion the partnership between John Crane and our key accounts.
- Represent the “solution-provider” mindset to clients.
- Forecast business developments and trends in your territory.
- Report on pipeline, competition, and key client activities.
Requirements
- Strong background in Technical Sales within the process industry
- Deep knowledge of rotating equipment (mechanical seals, pumps, etc.)
- Commercial mindset with excellent negotiation skills
- Effective communicator and relationship builder
- Self-starter with high energy and perseverance
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of working time
- Fluent in Hungarian and English
