Responsibilities
TAS Automotive Kft. is a company of automotive industry, the main products are Sensor for Brake pads and Air Shock Absorber.
The Regional Sales Manager has responsibility for creating and implementing a strategy to drive TAS’s sales and reputation within the assigned region for Air Shock Absorber :
- Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market that ensures reaching company’s sales goals.
- Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to manage and develop potential distribution channels
- Identify and develop necessary sales and marketing plans and tools targeted at both the distributors and end users.
- Establish sales and revenue objectives on an annual and quarterly basis.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding market trends and performance.
- Provide input to Product Management, Engineering regarding market demands and future trends.
- Conduct sales and technical training for distribution channels within the region.
Requirements
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills;
- Ability to develop strong working relationships along with good analytical skills to understand the needs and requirements of clients;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Strong persuasion and influencing skills with the ability to negotiate as required.;
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks;
- Fluent in English Language – other European languagesare considered a plus as German , Italian , Polish and so on.
