Job Advertisement: Bus Driver in the Netherlands/ Buszsofőr Hollandiában
The Employer:
Join our bus driver team in Limburg, the Netherlands, where you will play a key role in ensuring safe and efficient passenger traffic. Enjoy flexibility, with different shifts, and receive excellent training and support from the employer.
Duties:
- Digital ticket sales and passenger service.
- Safe driving of buses and ensuring timely arrival.
- Mainly driving electric buses.
- Reporting traffic problems and vehicle faults.
- Basic vehicle maintenance and bus preparation.
Location: Netherlands
A beautiful area famous for its hilly landscape, villages and cultural heritage.
Requirements
Expectations (We will not interview candidates who do not meet the following criteria):
- English language skills: minimum B1+
- EU citizenship only (EU residence does not apply)
- Valid EU driving license: Category D
- Valid code 95
- Valid tachograph card (if not available, must be obtained in the candidate’s home country)
- Recent experience: within the last 3 years
- Minimum experience: 1 year
- Criminal record check: required later in the process
Salary :
- Hourly wage: Starting wage from 16.30 EUR, based on experience and test results
- Weekly working hours: 36-40 hours
- Holiday pay : 8% paid weekly
- Gross salary : Starting net 2600 EUR/month

Costs :

- Excellent Customer Service: Bus drivers who represent the company and ensure that passengers feel safe, comfortable, and informed.
- Time Management: Punctuality in transportation is essential. Drivers must adhere to schedules while maintaining the safety and comfort of passengers.
- Safety Awareness: Constant attention on the road, following traffic rules, and prioritizing the safety of passengers and other road users.
- Adaptability/Flexibility: Transportation is unpredictable. Drivers must adapt to changing traffic conditions, passenger needs, and employee schedules.
- Communication Skills: Clear communication is essential in interacting with passengers, colleagues, and handling unexpected situations.
What we offer
Onboarding Process:
- Interview with TCS Recruiter: Initial interview to discuss the position and recruitment process.
- (Optional) Psychological Assessment (PSA): Digital psychological assessment to evaluate suitability for the role. An online assessment to test the candidate’s skills.
- Introductory Meeting with the Hiring Manager: Short Video-call though WhatsApp with the Employer Company.
- VOG Application (Certificate of Good Conduct): Candidate applies for a Certificate of Good Conduct (CGC) in their home country.
- Contract and Onboarding with TCS: Drafting of the contract and start of the onboarding process.
- Planning Arrival in the Netherlands: Coordinating arrival with TCS.
- BSN Appointment and Medical Examination: Scheduling of BSN (Citizen Service Number) appointment and medical examination upon arrival in the Netherlands.
