- A degree in IT / Computer Science / Business Administration or Economics / Certification in ECBA/CCBA or any BA Courses
- Proficiency in a project management software
- Versatility to navigate and analyze diverse business domains
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in gathering requirements
- Expertise in creating detailed documentation (business requirements, software specifications, process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria)
- Strong collaboration and analytical skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business environments and project requirements.
- Previous 1-2 years experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance

In this role, you will work closely with our senior analysts and stakeholders to analyze business processes, and contribute to the overall success of our projects by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of gathering business and functional requirements of our clients in custom web development and automations projects.

Napi feladatok
- Gather business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements from the clients
- Perform quality assurance
- Define reporting and alerting requirements
- Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
- Help design, document and maintain system processes
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
