Main Skills
- Experience in transport, parcel delivery industry, e-commerce or curious quick learner
- Knowledge of technical webservice formats JSON, XML and understanding of data format hierarchy
- Some experience with API testing tools (Insomnia, Postman, SoapUi, Jmeter)
- Written and spoken professional English
- Analysis of technical documentation (WebService, Specification, Process)
- Ability to synthesize information and maintain technical documentation
- Sense of responsibility and ability to work autonomously on a defined perimeter
- Key understanding of Agile organization, testing and deployment cycle
- Quality oriented mindset, experience with critical applications
Nice to have:
- Experience in complex multi-BU multi-cultural environnement
- Understanding of API technical processes (authentication mechanisms, message structures, typical error management, etc)
- Exeperience with Drools or other rule engines or some development background

Our French-owned, Budapest-based company provides various IT solutions for Europe’s second largest courier company. To fill a new role, we are looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join our agile team, who will have the opportunity to work on a project to provide IT support for parcel delivery by DPDgroup. We are looking for a business analyst to support the project in a complex international environment. Your main objectives will be to analyse, formalize, map, test and explain shipping operational and IT processes in our de-centralized organization.

- Support a multi-dependency critical API middleware solution as a Business Analyst
- Analysis of local BUs or other dependecy technical specifications (API specification, JSON and XML formats)
- Definition of common standard mechanisms across Group for various products and services offered
- Participation in the elaboration of common shipping processes for large pan-EU customers
- Proposal for 3rd system to Meta API data mapping and rules
- Proposal for solutions of management of specific local rules to fit the Group API standard
- Support to the Meta API v2 migration with the redefinition of existing BU mappings, rules (Drools)
- User story creation (Jira)
- Functional tests (Insomnia/Postman)
