What we are looking for:
- 2-4 years of experience focused on consulting, process improvement or business operations
- Hands-on project management experience (ideally in IT, digital, or operations)
- Strong execution mindset – you take ownership and get things done
- Structured thinking combined with strong communication and excellent stakeholder management and diplomacy
- Confident communication in English (German is a plus)
- Interest in AI, automation, and improving how companies operate
