Responsibilities
Operations Handling:
- Coordinate day‑to‑day cargo operations for airline clients, ensuring compliance with airline policies, IATA regulations.
- Liaise with handling agents, warehouses, freight forwarders, and trucking companies for smooth cargo acceptance, build‑up.
- Monitor cargo flights for both import and export, including tracking and tracing shipments.
- Assist with irregularity handling and communicate effectively with customers and airline counterparts.
- Verify and process AWBs (Air Waybills) and other shipping documentation.
Customer Service & Communication:
- Provide timely updates and responses to customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with airline network offices regarding bookings, space confirmations, and loading reports.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery to strengthen client relationships.
Other Duties:
- Support sales and revenue staff with operational inputs.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
Requirements
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and cargo booking systems (preferably COS, Cargospot, SkyChain)
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Good communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Hungarian
Nice-to-have
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in airline cargo operations, freight forwarding, or related logistics roles.
- Knowledge of air cargo procedures, handling processes.
