Job Overview:
As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and optimizing our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for leading and managing a global marketing team, overseeing lead generation, conversion, and retention strategies. Your expertise in digital marketing, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making will be instrumental in scaling our business.

We operate two successful brands—FilipinoVisa and Christian Filipina—both industry leaders in their niche. With a high-7-figure annual revenue and a remote team of over 200 professionals, we are now looking for a strategic and results-driven CMO to take our marketing efforts to the next level.

What You Will Do:
I. Revenue Growth & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Optimize and scale marketing funnels to maximize lead conversion and lifetime customer value.
- Identify high-performing marketing campaigns and scale them effectively.
- Oversee paid media, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and influencer partnerships.
- Leverage satisfied customers to drive referral-based growth.
II. Marketing Systems & Automation
- Improve audience segmentation for more effective lead nurturing.
- Develop marketing automation workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure seamless marketing-to-sales handoffs through CRM optimization.
- Build affiliate and referral programs to expand brand reach.
III. Team Leadership & Execution
- Lead and manage an international marketing team.
- Conduct weekly team meetings to review performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Provide mentorship, training, and coaching to ensure high team performance.
- Work closely with tech and product teams to optimize user experience and tracking.
IV. Data-Driven Decision Making
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics to optimize ROI.
- Conduct funnel analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously test and improve offers, pricing, and promotions.
V. Relationship Management
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance workflows and compliance.
- Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to maintain an upward trend in customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and direct response marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing psychology and high-converting copywriting.
- Ability to analyze data, forecast revenue, and optimize ad spend.
- Experience managing and scaling remote, international teams.
- Proficiency in CRM, automation, and advertising tools.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Pay: 7,051.00Ft – 14,102.00Ft per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
