At Peak, we’re building powerful digital products that shape the future of financial services. As we scale, strong internal processes and compliance frameworks become even more crucial.We’re looking for a Compliance & Process Operations Specialist to join our team. You’ll play a key role in designing, documenting, and iterating on the internal processes that help keep Peak secure, organized, and audit-ready — from onboarding flows to ISO/PCI policies.
In your first 12 months, you’ll work on:
- Office & Admin: physical security (keys, alarm, etc.)
- HR Processes:
- Onboarding: setting up access (email, Slack, Coda, Toggl) Offboarding: revoking access in a secure and timely way
- Asset Management:
- Hardware: device provisioning, maintenance Software & data subscriptions: monitoring, renewal tracking
- Access Management: manage access levels across tools and teams
- Time Log Management: structure how project and working time is tracked
- Business Continuity & Risk: support risk management practices and documentation
