A mi követelményeink

• Relevant working experience for at least of 1 year
• Experience in creating and delivering engaging and impactful soft skills trainings for diverse audiences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and effectively
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and the ability to create engaging and effective training material
• Understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them in training programs.
• Experience in operating with any kind of LMS
• Fluent in English

Will be a plus if you:

• Know how the IT industry works
• Have an experience of working with Moodle and H5P Interactive Content
• Have your own expertise soft skills courses development or training experience in IT field
• Know Ukrainian\Russian, Hungarian

Pozíció / projekt rövid leírása

We are looking for a Corporate Trainer to join the Learning & Development Center team at NIX. As a part of the Instructional Design Group in cooperation with our internal experts and external partners, you will be responsible for developing effective and engaging training programs, analyzing education activities, and implementing modern educational tools and approaches into the learning process. Your goal is to make the training process enjoyable and helpful for each member of the NIX team and efficient for business.

1. Identify training needs and gaps in skills and knowledge
2. Create new trainings, workshops, and educational materials from scratch (from the idea to the release) by yourself or in collaboration with our internal experts and external partners, including content, materials, and delivery methods
