Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated professional to lead our Credit & Operations teams. This key succession role is shaped for someone prepared to grow into company-wide leadership in the coming years.
- Cultivate a high-performing team culture, mentor colleagues who take care of our customers
- Analyse credit risks, support process improvement, and drive portfolio management
- Guide, support, and motivate credit and operations staff
- Complex customer service throughout contract lifecycle – contract changes, early/regular terminations, receivables collections, support
- Collaborate in cross-departmental projects and international coordination (CEE cluster)
- Participate in compliance, reporting, and senior management collaborations
- Drive risk management and business development projects to look for innovative ways to improve our services and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and external partners (dealers, workshops, collection agencies, tax advisors)
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field
- Over 5 years’ experience in leasing, credit risk, or portfolio management
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in Hungarian, Slovak/Czech and English
- Prior mentoring or team lead experience is beneficial
- Results-driven, proactive, and motivated for growth
- Committed to continuous learning and growth
