Responsibilities
Our company – acting in paint industry – is looking for a new colleague for customer service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Processing Purchase Orders and handling Order Confirmations
- Cooperation with other departments such as production and laboratory
- Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Requirements
- Customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills
- Excellent communication skills, intermediate level of active English
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of needs
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel & SAP
