We are looking for a dedicated customer support specialist to provide excellent service to our client customers. Our client product is European manufacturer of natural health and beauty products, founded in 2016 by a couple who changed their lifestyle due to health issues. The company specializes in producing dietary supplements, superfoods, teas, and natural cosmetics. Products are PETA-certified, have vegan formulas and undergo independent laboratory testing. Socially responsible business focused on sustainable development and charity.
We offer:
- Probationary period: 2 months
- Working hours schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EU time zone)
- Training: 1-2 weeks
- 18 days of paid vacation and paid sick days
- Remote job
Job Type: Full-time, (short-term and long-term involvement)
Napi feladatok
- Provide general customer support via chats, and emails (maybe calls).
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable products based on their needs.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Ability to deal with a sensitive condition in a mature, supportive manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
- Process the backlog
- Help with support during the high season
