Requirements
- Education: BA in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years in a pre-sales engineering role or similar within the cybersecurity or IT sector.
- Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and solutions such as SIEM, SOC, firewalls, endpoint protection, Microsoft Cloud, etc.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hungarian and in English, with the ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Sales acumen: Proven ability to work with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify client needs and propose solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Customer-centric approach: Experience in delivering a high level of customer care and acting as a trusted advisor.
Desirable (but not essential) Experience
- Certifications: Vendor specific certifications such as Palo Alto Networks, Sophos, Splunk, Microsoft, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks: Knowledge of standards like ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, GDPR, NIS2 or other relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Project management experience: Experience in managing cybersecurity projects or working in implementation phases.
- Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the specific security challenges faced in sectors such as finance, aviation, FMCG or government.

- Engage prospects through multi-channel outreach: Proactively reach out via phone, LinkedIn, email, and other channels to engage potential clients and uncover cybersecurity needs.
- Conduct digital and in-person product presentations, technical demonstrations, and solution workshops to communicate Black Cell’s cybersecurity value proposition effectively.
- Tailor proposals to client needs: Create detailed, customized solution proposals that address the specific challenges and expectations of prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with technical teams to align Black Cell’s solutions with the unique requirements of clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client needs.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs: Craft clear, detailed responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), demonstrating a deep understanding of the client’s cybersecurity challenges and how Black Cell can solve them.
