Background and required skills:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in the following areas: Computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, natural science, mathematics, business or equivalent work experience in IT
- At least 3 years of experience in the administration and implementation of database solutions (Oracle, Postgres, Crunchy, MySQL).
- Experience in planning, installing, and configuring the above-mentioned database systems.
- Knowledge in troubleshooting and maintaining the above-mentioned database systems.
- Familiarity with OpenShift container technologies
- Experience with database management tools and monitoring solutions.
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English to ensure quick problem resolution (incident management) and internal team coordination.
- Team player with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Advantage:
- Experience working in SAFe environment.
- Jira/Confluence – project management and documentation platforms
- Know-how in Linux scripting and implementing automated database provisioning.
