Responsibilities

- Provide frontline service to internal and external customers via phone, e-mail and chat.
- Interface with manufacturing, shipping and transportation for multiple plants to coordinate on-time deliveries based on customer requested delivery dates
- Proactively communicate changes and delays of orders and provide accurate information
- Organize rush orders with communication to sales and customers
- Manage alternatives when original order requests cannot be fulfilled (products, delivery dates and quantities)
- Suggest process improvements
Requirements
-
- High school diploma or College degree
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills (both written and verbal)
- Or Fluent Italian and English language skills (both written and verbal)
- Working in a multinational company – considered an advantage
- SAP and Logistics experience would be considered an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Customer service focused with the ability to partner with internal/external contacts
- Problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Great organizational skills and strong attention to details
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic business environment
- Proactive with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
