Join VSF Global as Deputy Manager of our Visa Application Centre in Budapest! Handle day to day Visa and Immigration services and lead a team of our officers to ensure smooth operation and compliance with the Mission’s requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visa Application Centre Operations:
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including document verification, data entry, and visa application processing.
  • Handle cash and bank-related transactions (if applicable).
  • Coordinate passport delivery logistics with consulates, applicants, or logistics partners.
  • Process Management:
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure process accuracy and compliance.
  • Implement new process rollouts and changes effectively.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Perform quality checks to ensure visa applications are accurate and complete.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
  • Enhance customer experience by improving processes and introducing innovative methods to increase productivity and cost efficiency.
  • Align team efforts to meet organizational goals and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Standards:
  • Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and organizational guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and ISO requirements.
  • Training and Development:
  • Conduct regular training for staff to enhance skills and ensure process proficiency.
  • Support HR-led training initiatives and facilitate internal certifications for the team.
  • Time Management:
  • Ensure all processes are completed within the mandated turnaround times.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Hungarian.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in handling administrative operations is a plus.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Compensation:

  • 720,000 HUF gross per month
