Background and required skills:
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT, or relevant work experience.
- Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in teams.
- Collaboration Tools: Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- CI/CD Tools Expertise: Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Artifactory).
- Version Control Systems: Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Infrastructure Automation: Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Containerization: Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
- Security Awareness: Understanding of security best practices in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
