Emerging Talent Attraction & Sourcing Intern
Join our dynamic and international Talent Attraction & Sourcing team as an intern and gain hands-on experience in recruitment marketing, sourcing, and early careers engagement. You’ll support day-to-day activities across employer branding, candidate experience, and university relations across the EMEA region. One day you could be speaking to University students on campus, the next deciding what employer branding materials are required for the upcoming events.
We are looking for someone that can identify opportunities and seek creative solutions to finding talent that may otherwise seem difficult. You will be willing to support on ad hoc requests, whether that be moving branding materials around the office, or headhunting talent for a niche position.
What You’ll Do
•Assist in organizing job fairs and campus events to promote our employer brand
•Support the creation and posting of job advertisements
•Engage with internal stakeholders and hiring teams to support recruitment processes
•Contribute to sourcing efforts and candidate outreach
•Participate in proactive candidate engagement and communications
•Maintain relationships with universities and student organizations
•Champion candidate experience and continuous improvement initiatives
•Currently enrolled in full-time studies until at least 2027
•Interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Employer Branding
•Fluent in English; any additional languages are a plus
•Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple tasks
•A collaborative team player with a growth mindset and openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
