- 2 years+ Start up exposure

- Operated in lean teams where they both plan and execute

- Knowledge of modern demand generation channels & tactics

- Self-serve track: Turn free-trial sign-ups into paid MRR subscriptions.
- Enterprise track: Deliver high volume, high quality (SQL’s) per month
- Lead demand generation campaigns — Develop and manage paid user acquisition through Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Lifecycle & email nurture — Create and optimize drip campaigns that convert trials and warm enterprise prospects.
- Enhance and manage Soter’s presence across owned and earned channels (website, content, PR, social, etc.).
- RevOps / analytics — Own tracking, attribution, and dashboards (GA4 + SQL/BI).
- AI & automation building — Zapier/Make/Python workflows; leverage LLM APIs for enrichment, scoring, copy.
- Create and manage content — Produce or repurpose thought-leadership assets, case studies, white papers and presentations.
- Sales alignment — Tight hand-off of A-grade leads to SDRs and feedback loop on pipeline quality.
