Who are we looking for?
OptiMonk is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who thinks beyond ad setup and into the whole journey—from the first impression to conversion. You’ll not only run Meta ads, but also shape the creative direction, optimize landing pages, and build smart, high-performing funnels.
We’re not after a campaign button-clicker—we want a strategic thinker with vision who knows how to turn ideas into real-world results.
But you won’t be doing it all alone—you’ll collaborate closely with our graphic designer and site builder to bring your campaigns to life.
What will you be responsible for?
- You’re responsible for the entire process from planning the ads to their technical and creative execution, we count on your expertise.
- Own and manage paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn—with a strong focus on creative testing, targeting, and performance.
- Develop campaign concepts (Wireframes, lead magnets, ad creatives) and collaborate with designers to bring your ideas to life.
- Plan and optimize landing pages using tools like Elementor or similar, with CRO best practices in mind.
- Build and improve full-funnel experiences from ad click to conversion, continuously testing and iterating based on performance data.
Requirements
We’d love to hear from you if you have…
- Hands-on experience with paid social ads, such as, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaign management.
- Strong creative thinking: ability to conceptualize ad ideas, funnel structures, and campaign angles.
- Basic landing page creation & CRO knowledge (e.g., using Elementor or similar tools).
- Comfortable working with design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) to support concept development.
- Active use of AI tools for creative concepting and content generation.
Nice-to-have
- Experience running ads in the U.S. market.
- Experience with LinkedIn or TikTok Ads.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as: HeyGen, Midjourney, Elevenlabs.
- Experience working with SaaS or fast-paced startups.
