No two days are the same—expect variety, challenges, and constant growth. You’ll be out and about meeting different people, making a real impact on the stores and teams in your district. As a District Manager, you’ll be in charge of driving the sales and profitability of the stores in your district—whether they’re directly operated or franchise stores.
What’s a typical week look like?
Well, get ready, because you’ll spend time in your stores across the district, working on a lot of different things:
- Sales Analysis & Monitoring: Keeping a close eye on sales and identifying new opportunities to boost performance.
- Store Setup & Merchandising: Ensuring the stores are set up just right according to brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards.
- Inventory Management: Taking care of stock levels and product assortment to keep everything flowing smoothly
- Team Leadership and Development: Communicating company values to in-store staff to ensure top-notch service and build customer loyalty. Also supporting your store teams to deliver awesome customer experiences in every store.
- Achieving Goals: Working with your teams to hit commercial goals and KPIs, and ensuring high standards across the district.
- Living the Brand Values: Representing the Calzedonia culture, values, and mission in everything you do.

This Role is for You If You:
• Have 2-4 years of experience in fashion retail
• Are a great communicator and love building relationships
• Can keep up with a fast pace and stay flexible
• Have a positive and humble attitude
• Are open to relocation (international opportunities)
• Hold a driver’s license
• Have good English skills (fluency required)
