- Proven experience with Seeburger BIS (Business Integration Suite) or similar EDI platforms.
- Familiarity understanding of EDI standards (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, IDoc, etc.).
- Familiarity with communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, OFTP2, HTTP/S, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer projects.
- Problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong English skills (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- German
- Experience with SAP integration (IDoc, RFC, etc.).
- Knowledge of scripting (e.g., Groovy, JavaScript) or basic programming.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes or ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

- Design, develop, and maintain EDI/B2B integrations using the Seeburger BIS platform.
- Onboard and support external customers in their EDI implementations.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to deliver robust integration solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions and message flows.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., project managers, developers, support) and external stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement of integration processes and tools.
