YOUR CHALLENGES?
- Investigation and analysis of warranty and 0 km customer complaints
- Documentation of warranty analysis, compliance with the required processes, customer and Valeo QRQC requirements.
- Collect warranty outage data, summarize analysis results and support presentation to the customer, escalation if necessary
- Definition of warranty obligations, responsibilities with the customer
- Conducting product failure analyses
- Liaising with partner departments, foreign manufacturing or R&D centers
Requirements
LET´S TALK ABOUT YOU
- Engineering university degree (Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Embedded Engineering or similar)
- Experience/ knowledge in the automotive and/or electronics industry
- Experience/knowledge in product analysis and/or test equipment operation would be an advantage.
- Knowledge/interest in statistical analysis tools, basic electronics, microcontrollers and programming languages.
- Hungarian language would be an advantage
- Intermediate level of English Language
